A $250 refundable deposit is required in addition to the approved rental fee for all H.A.Z.E. Classroom & Event Space rentals. The deposit consists of a $150 security deposit and a $100 cleaning deposit.
Deposits are refundable according to the terms of the H.A.Z.E. Facility & Event Space Rental Agreement. Following inspection of the facility, provided there is no damage, missing property, excessive cleaning, overtime, or violation of the rental agreement, approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days following the rental.
