Healing and Zen Experience offers a versatile classroom and event space designed for instructors, educators, wellness professionals, meetings, workshops, trainings, intimate celebrations, and private events.
Our space can be customized based on your needs. Tables, chairs, TV access, setup, and breakdown are included with your rental.
Capacity: Up to approximately 100 guests with chair-only seating or approximately 75 guests with tables and chairs, depending on the setup.
Rental Options & Pricing
2-Hour Rental — $125
Ideal for meetings, classes, workshops, or short gatherings.
Half-Day Rental — $195
Up to 4 hours.
Full-Day Rental — $395
Up to 8 hours.
Additional Time — $50 per hour
Included with Your Rental: Tables, chairs, TV access, standard setup and breakdown.
Rental Policies
Reservations & Payment
Full rental payment is required to secure your date. Rental payments are non-refundable once the reservation is confirmed.
Refundable Deposits
A $150 refundable security deposit and $100 refundable cleaning deposit are required in addition to the rental fee. Deposits will be refunded following inspection of the space, provided there is no damage, excessive cleaning, overtime, or violation of the rental agreement.
Refundable deposits will be processed within 3–5 business days following the rental, after the space has been inspected.
Food & Alcohol
Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted. Alcohol is permitted only with prior approval. The renter is responsible for obtaining any required permits and event/liability insurance.
Security Requirements
Security is required for all after-hours events and any event where alcohol is served. Security arrangements must be approved by H.A.Z.E. prior to the event. Any associated security costs are the responsibility of the renter.
Setup & Breakdown
Tables, chairs, TV access, and standard setup and breakdown are included. Your desired room setup must be submitted in advance. Personal decorating and removal of personal items must occur within the reserved rental period unless otherwise approved.
Capacity
Approximately 100 guests with chair-only seating or 75 guests with tables and chairs, depending on the requested configuration.
Additional Time
Time beyond the reserved rental period is $50 per hour and is subject to availability.
Care of the Space
Renters are responsible for leaving the facility in the condition in which it was received and are responsible for damage caused by the renter or their guests.

If approved, you will receive instructions to complete the Facility & Event Space Rental Agreement and submit your rental payment and $250 refundable deposit. Submitting this request does not reserve or guarantee your date. Your reservation is confirmed only after approval, completion of the rental agreement, and receipt of all required payments.
