Booking Policies: Unless the appointment is prepaid, we require a credit card number to reserve your appointment.
Cancellation Policy: We require a 24-hour notice in the event you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows us to book clients that are on our waiting list.
ALL “NO SHOWS” and “LATE CANCELLATIONS” are subject to a 100% Cancellation Fee.
Cancellations and No shows affect us and other clients greatly and cannot be accepted.
By giving us your credit card information, you are authorizing this charge to go onto your credit card in the event you do not give at least 24 hours’ notice before cancelling a confirmed appointment or you do not show up for your confirmed appointment.
Clients who have previously no showed for appointments and their cards declined will be required to pay full the full no-show fee before they can schedule another appointment. In addition, they will need to prepay for their next appointment.
Late Arrivals: As a courtesy to all our clients, and our goal to remain on time, with our appointments, late arrivals will not receive an extension of service time and will be responsible for full-service fees.
Please call if you know you will be running late.
Appointment Confirmations: Appointment confirmation emails are sent 2 days prior to your appointment and a SMS text 1 day prior to your scheduled appointment. Please respond yes to confirm and no to cancel. If we have not received confirmation 24 hours before your scheduled appointment and we have not been able to reach you, your appointment will be removed from the schedule.
If you are a first-time client, please arrive at office 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out your intake form. If you do not arrive early, your service time will be cut into so that you can complete your form.
Booking Couples Massage: Couples massages require a 50% non- refundable deposit at the time of scheduling the appointments.
Booking Manual Lymphatic Drainage: All MLD massages must be prepaid in full at the time of booking. This is non-refundable. If you cancel a prepaid lymphatic drainage outside of 24 hours policy, you will receive a credit that you can use for a future appointment.
Cancelling Haze VIP Club Membership: You may cancel your Haze Club Membership after a minimum of three months. This gives you time to receive the full benefits of on-going massage therapy treatment and how affective it is with consistency. To cancel or change your club membership level, notice must be in writing and given or mailed to Healing and Zen Experience. (We reserve the right to terminate your membership with written thirty days’ notice).
Price Increase: Haze will give a thirty-day notice regarding any pricing increase to Haze VIP Club Members.
Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds. If, for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact the office, and we will promptly address your concerns so that you may continue to be a satisfied client. Pre-Paid appointments cancelled outside of our 24-hour policy will be issued a credit or gift card in the full amount to be used for any future appointments.
Age Requirements: Children 18 and under who wish to receive a massage must have parental consent and a parent/guardian must sign intake form.
Children16 and under must have a parent present during the massage appointment. For the consideration of our other clients, no child twelve years old or younger is permitted in the practice without an appointment.
NO CELLPHONES: For the consideration of our other clients and to maintain a serene atmosphere, cell phones must be silent, and all calls must be taken outside.
